Thanks for your enquiry. Yes these lights are very easy to set up and use, and the kit includes everything that you need to do the job.

All you need to do is pop the flash trigger onto your camera, turn everything on and away you go.

We are happy to give you a quick run through on pick up so that you feel confident at the shoot.

Hi there

I am looking at hiring these for a shoot. Is this an easy set up to use? I have never used studio lighting before.

I am shooting aerobics girls on a white backdrop (2.7m) and needing lighting.
Do these come with stands and blubs and everything I’d need? Is it simple to use (like for dumies who’ve never done this before but need to ace it first time)
