  • Do you charge a bond fee?

For first time customers who are unable to register in person, or do not hold a New Zealand Drivers license or passport, you will be required to pay a bond. The amount will vary depending on the value of the equipment hired. For registered clients no bond is required however all rental invoices must be paid for in full before or upon pick up.

I live out of Auckland, can I still rent from you?

We will require at least 3 days of notice before your rental start date. This is to ensure that your rental package can be delivered in time for your shoot.

Full payment must be made prior to the rental date before we dispatch the equipment.

You will be required to provide the following types of proof of identity which can be done in person prior to the rental (if you happen to be in Auckland), or sighted and signed by a member of the Justice of Peace.

  • New Zealand drivers license
  • New Zealand Passport.
  • Current proof of address
  • Credit Card with your name

  • If you are unable to provide us with all of the above, or is unable to get your identification witnessed by a J.P, a bond will be requested.

The bond can be a cash deposit or an amount authorized and put on hold on your credit card.
